I have been cooking for over 30 years now. It’s my life’s passion to work with all types of food products. I love transforming ingredients into unexpected flavors and memories. I have been fortunate enough to travel the World, bringing back recipes and sharing memories of food I have experienced. I try to bring back the experience I had when I took my first bite of some food I love to eat. I cook with Love and serve with Happiness.

As I traveled around the World the last Fifteen years, I have been gathering the flavors of the lands I have visited. The ones I am creating here are from my experiences with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Food. The way it blends into our every day products at home. The fusion of California and Mediterranean Cuisine was a natural way for me to create flavorful food for you!
